When will I receive the exhibitors’ technical guide/manual?

You will be sent an email informing you when the exhibitors’ organizing manual is online approximately 3 months prior to the show.  

when will I receive my exhibitors’ badges?

2 weeks prior to the show, as long as you have filled in your details on the badges and passes form in the organising manual.

What does the official contractor do?

The official contractor builds the shells scheme stands, provides all lighting and electrical requirements and is the preferred supplier of furniture and floral items.

Is there parking at the venue?

There is parking at the venue that can be booked online from the car parking form in the organising manual

How do I contact the floor manager during set up and break down?

The Floor Manager will be walking the floor throughout the build-up and can be contacted directly via the organisers’ office.
