With centralised Lotus Notes, Oracle, SAP and SQL applications, every one of the 163,000 employees in 64 countries needs data delivery every bit as efficient as the physical delivery the company provides. Like all large companies, user behaviour on the web is different in different countries and sometimes internal applications and external web access are in conflict.
