    As the Country Manager for HP’s Industry Standard Servers (ISS), Paul Kember is responsible for all ISS sales, via both direct and reseller sales channels in the UK and Ireland. Additionally, as Sales Director he manages ‘Account Leads’ for all accounts outside of the UK “Global 1,000” programme.
    The ISS business is the largest product business within HP Enterprise Business in the UK & Ireland and currently holds the number one position in x86 and BladeSystem market share in both countries.
    Paul has nearly 20 years experience in sales management and was previously Volume Sales Director of Enterprise Storage and Serves (ESS) in the UK.
    Prior to joining HP in 1995, Paul worked for both IBM and Unisys. Since becoming part of HP, he has held a number of sales management roles including running the Financial Industry Sector and UK technology Services, where he was a key player in the acquisition of Synstar.
    Paul holds a Business degree from the University of Humberside and is married with two children.
