Mr. Chris Outram Profile

Chris Outram has 12 years’ experience in Aggregate Industries managing technical teams to support the 3000 strong user base. Chris’s recent projects have involved migrating the user base to Lotus Notes, and migrating his 300 sites back to BT from a previous provider.
He is a qualified ITIL Problem manger and has spent considerable time driving that disciple into the department.
His technical background has been largely spent managing the data Network infrastructures, but recently was also given the remit of managing voice as well. Chris is currently exploring the pros and cons of merging suppliers of mobile, fix and data.
