Steve’s vision and leadership has provided the platform for Xantus’ significant growth and today the business is well know as a trusted advisor to many of the leading UK and global corporations and government organisations. Prior to launching Xantus, Steve was director of an IT and Telecommunications consultancy and had previously spent 10 years with The Boots Company, responsible for developing IT and network strategies for the business across its international retail, healthcare and manufacturing operations. Steve is also vice-president of the Management Consultancies Association (MCA), the representative body for management consultancy firms in the UK. He is an active member of the MCA policy committee, providing support and guidance to key initiatives such as the Value of Consulting. Steve regularly provides thought leadership to the business and IT community and he is often approached by the media for expert commentary on IT, business and management issues. |
