LinuxIT launches new complementary service for Red Hat Standard and Premium subscriptions at 360IT show
LinuxIT‘s new Premier Services for Red Hat Enterprise Linux provide proactive system management that complements the software support provided under Red Hat Standard and Premium subscriptions. Tailored to the specific requirements of each customer, and following ITIL, LinuxIT Premier Service comprises of elements drawn from six IT system management themes. These can be summarised as:
LinuxIT Premier Service Monitoring – predictive, proactive system monitoring 24/7 that helps to reduce IT team workload enabling staff to focus on core activities.
LinuxIT Premier Service Compliance Management – subscriptions information is tracked together with all Red Hat Enterprise Linux installations to ensure compliancy, economy and reduced administration.
LinuxIT Premier Service Incident Management – rapid identification, isolation, resolution or escalation of problems through the combined resources of LinuxIT and Red Hat service departments.
LinuxIT Premier Service Change Management – helps ensure that changes to Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems are planned and controlled to optimise the performance of systems.
LinuxIT Premier Service Problem Management – recommendations, based on root cause analysis at the hardware, operating system, middleware or application level, to avoid system problems in future.
LinuxIT Premier Service Management – underpinned by quarterly reviews and monthly executive summary reports, this service puts users back in control. Includes onsite visits, health checks, analysis of your networks trends, security, and performance.
