360°IT Exhibitors are invited to submit a paper to speak in the Education Programme

Contracted exhibitors and official stand sharers are invited to submit a paper to be included in the Solutions Centre Theatre 2 day programme

Useful advice to help with Call for Papers:

 

If you would like to speak, follow our helpful advice to maximise your chances in being included:

. If you have a relevant customer case study you can put them forward as your speaker ideally, or alternatively, bring them along to co-present. Please note customer case study sessions with specific content are extremely well received by our audience.

. Where possible think about how your technologies/solution can solve a particular business issue. Extensive research with end users has helped 360°IT to identify the key business challenges facing end users today. If your Call for Papers submission addresses how IT technologies can help resolve any of the challenges below, it is very likely to be well received by the audience!

  • Governance, risk & compliance – Managing the rising tide of regulations whilst also enabling the business to drive change & enable innovation
  • Implementing effective security across the IT infrastructure
  • Storage – Managing exponential capacity growth and architecture
  • Enabling a greener, more cost-effective IT infrastructure
  • Building infrastructure investment strategies that are future-proof
  • How to make IT an enabler within the organisation – Demonstrating the business-critical nature to the organisation
  • Delivering effective, quantifiable ROI for IT projects
  • Balancing the benefits/drawbacks of outsourcing IT
  • Enabling employee-owned IT and more flexible working to effectively integrate with business
  • Creating flexible supplier relationships – Collaboration, supplier governance and diligence – product integration and ongoing support/maintenance

. A presentation title should be concise, appealing to our visitors and appropriate for the content that will be covered

Please note:

. Each presentation will be reviewed by our editorial panel and rated based on the proposal's content, value to visitor, topicality and speaker credentials.
. There is no limit on the number of presentation you may submit
. All sessions are 25 minutes in length
. To submit more than one presentation, you must fill in a separate form.

.  All presentations will be considered equally, however, selection into the vendor seminar programme is NOT guaranteed.

Alternatively exhibitors can also participate in the 360°IT TechLabs - Deep Dive Technical Demos
 and Discussion Den sessions.
