Lee Provoost, Senior technical consultant at Headshift

Lee Provoost (lee.provoost@headshift.com) is a senior technical consultant at social business consultancy Headshift in London, where he also blogs. Headshift helps organisations use smarter, simpler, social technologies to improve business performance, communication and customer engagement with a focus on enterprise social software and technology strategy. He has a background in systems integration (Microsoft, SAP, Java & Open Source) and strategic consulting on the disruptive potential of emerging technologies like social software and cloud computing.

Lee’s playing field is the tension between clients'' business units and corporate IT departments. He holds an MSc in computer science (programming language and compiler design) and prior to Headshift worked for a large global IT consulting firm and an Internet startup.
