Maggie Berry is MD of womenintechnology.co.uk, an organisation committed to increasing the number of women working and achieving in the UK’s IT profession. The organisation runs an online job board for employers, a dedicated recruitment service, regular networking events and a range of professional development training courses, all geared towards helping its 6,000 members have as successful a technology career as possible. Maggie has been involved since womenintechnology’s inception in 2004 and manages all aspects of the website and networking activities.

Maggie’s background is in technology recruitment in the financial services sector, where she spent four years as a recruiter with McGregor Boyall Associates. Prior to this she worked for NatWest as a graduate banking manager, providing financial advice to final-year university students and graduates. Maggie is a graduate of the University of East Anglia.
