    Seminar Details
Network monitoring for performance, security and troubleshooting has never been more important. Cyber security is established as a major issue for all types and sizes of organisation and it is well accepted that business output can be seriously reduced by poor performance. To meet this requirement, an emerging range of new network monitoring support tools are becoming available such as filter TAPs, aggregators, regenerators and bypass devices. This presentation discusses how, by using these new devices network monitoring infrastructure can be designed to minimise monitoring tool cost, while at the same time maximising network visibility. Ultimately these new tools will deliver better security and better performance that network managers and users require from today's enterprise networks.
