    This talk will demonstrate the latest generation of Intel vPro technology to show how it can deliver full hardware control of remote client PC's. The talk will case study the use of this capability by IT technicians to remotely resolve PC's problems at remote offices which previously would have required an on-site visit and how this technology in conjunction with Microsoft SCCM is being used by Shop Direct to facilitate full migration of remote client PC's to Windows 7.
