Job Title: Non-Executive Director Company Name: 360° IT - The IT Infrastructure Event Denise is the non-executive director for the 360ITevent. She has previously held CIO roles in the private sector in utilities, logistics and transport, and technology industries. From 2005 – 2010, Denise was Executive Director of Information at the Highways Agency, an executive agency of the Department for Transport. This combined responsibility for providing real time traffic and travel information to the public and media, and provision of all internal information communications and technology services, solutions and support. She has been an active member of tif: The Corporate IT Forum since 1998, and was Chairman from 2003 – 2006. She remains a member of their strategy board. In addition, Denise is a non-executive director for the Heart of Birmingham Teaching Primary Care Trust, and a non-executive director for Centro, the West Midlands Transport Authority. |
